The Borehole Inspection Camera is a high-precision logging system carefully developed by Rancheng Machinery to scan and image boreholes using an advanced camera probe. The imaging quality depends directly on the probe's performance, enabling accurate detection of water well damage and structural anomalies. Equipped with high-brightness LED lighting and wide-angle lenses, this system provides 360° panoramic views, clearly revealing rock fractures, casing deformations, and other geological features.
Over the past three generations, Rancheng Machinery has continuously optimized this Borehole Inspection Camera to overcome the toughest challenges in the field, including high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, video compression, and long-distance signal transmission. With our system, you can achieve high-speed 2 Mbps video transfer over 2,000 meters of cable while maintaining HD imaging and detection accuracy up to 0.01 mm. By scanning the borehole with our camera and monitoring live images on your surface screen, you can quickly locate damage, blockages, or geological irregularities, allowing you to take timely action and avoid costly downtime.
