A 300-meter well inspection camera has been successfully delivered to a customer in Asia, supporting upcoming well inspection and maintenance work.
The underwater camera is built with a stainless steel housing and rated IP68 for waterproof protection. It can withstand pressures up to 15 MPa, equivalent to conditions at a depth of 1,500 meters, allowing stable operation in water-filled or high-pressure borehole environments.
This well inspection camera helps operators clearly identify damaged sections inside the well and understand the causes, making it easier to plan maintenance or repair actions. In clean water bedrock wells, it can also be used to observe geological features such as rock formations, fractures, and joints along the borehole wall.
In addition, the system allows users to detect thin layers or interlayers that may have been missed during drilling, providing useful supplementary information where core samples are incomplete.
