Main Control Unit

The control unit is housed in a durable ABS enclosure designed for field operations. It features a 12-inch high-brightness LED display with a resolution of 1027 × 768, providing clear visibility under outdoor working conditions. Multiple interfaces support camera transmission, depth measurement, data input, and system calibration. The unit supports 12V DC, 220V AC, and 380V AC power supplies, allowing flexible operation at different job sites. Optional SD card storage enables local video recording and data backup.

Rotating Camera Probe

The standard camera probe has a diameter of 65mm and is constructed from high-strength stainless steel for good durability and corrosion resistance. It is equipped with an industrial-grade Sony CCD camera delivering high-definition images with 850 TV lines of resolution. The probe supports continuous 360-degree rotation, allowing comprehensive inspection of borehole walls and underground structures. Multiple high-power LED lights with adjustable brightness provide clear images even in low-light environments. The probe is waterproof, pressure-resistant, and suitable for deep borehole inspections. Optional probe diameters are also available for different applications.

Cable and Depth Measurement System

The standard configuration includes a 300m specialized borehole cable integrated with an electronic depth encoder for accurate depth measurement and defect positioning. Cable lengths can be customized from 50m to 2000m according to project requirements. The system ensures stable video transmission and reliable performance throughout the inspection process.

Recording and Inspection Functions

The system supports real-time video monitoring, image capture, panoramic inspection, defect observation, and video recording. Operators can pause and review inspection footage, accurately identify structural defects, and generate visual inspection records for project documentation and maintenance planning.

Payment

Payment is made by 100% T/T before shipment. Customers can complete payment according to the bank details provided on the proforma invoice and send the payment receipt for confirmation.

Production and Preparation

After receiving payment, we complete equipment assembly, testing, quality inspection, and packaging within approximately 7 working days. Production progress updates are provided throughout the process.

Shipment and Documentation

Once the equipment is ready, shipment is arranged under EXW terms. We provide all necessary export documents, including the commercial invoice, packing list, and shipping documents.

Delivery and Tracking

Customers can track shipment status using the provided logistics information. Upon arrival at the destination, the equipment can be received and put into operation immediately.
